What's a connection?
A connection represents the relationship between Paycux and any group of your end users. Each enterprise customer you support with Enterprise SSO or Directory Sync counts as one connection.
Does the number of end users affect pricing?
No. Each connection is billed the same, regardless of the identity provider, the directory service used, or how many end users sit behind it.
Can I try Paycux before paying for it?
Paycux is free to get started and you do not need to add a card until you are ready to move to production. Pricing while Paycux is in private beta is agreed directly with you.
What's the difference between staging and production?
The staging environment is made for testing your integration; the production environment is built for live applications using real customer data. Every Paycux product is available in staging at no cost.
Can I use Admin Portal without customizing it?
Yes. Admin Portal is fully functional without customization and is included in every Paycux account. Custom branding and a custom domain can be added on top.
How are active users counted?
A user is counted as active when they perform an action — signing up, signing in, or updating their profile — within the calendar month. Talk to us about volume pricing before you move to production.
