Migrate
Switch to Paycux
Move without a flag day. Import the users you already have, run both paths in parallel, and cut over when the numbers agree.
Migration made simple
Migrations fail when they are all-or-nothing. Paycux is designed to run alongside whatever you have today: import your existing accounts, send new sign-ins through Paycux, and leave old sessions alone until they expire naturally.
Imported users keep their original identifier under an external ID, so your foreign keys and analytics do not need rewriting.
- Import accounts with their existing IDs and email addresses
- Run both sign-in paths at once, no user-visible cutover
- Compare volume before you retire the old path
- Roll back by pointing traffic back — nothing is destroyed
Enterprise ready by default
SSO, directory provisioning, roles and audit logs are part of the platform rather than a higher tier you negotiate for. The connection a customer asks for on Tuesday does not become a procurement conversation.
Every capability is available in staging with the same shape it has in production, so you can prove the migration before you schedule it.
Use only what you need
The products are separable. Teams commonly start with SSO alone, keeping their own sign-in, then adopt directory sync when the first customer asks for provisioning.
Nothing forces you to move your whole identity stack to get one capability.
Plan the move in an afternoon
The migration guides cover imports, parallel running and the checks worth doing before cutover.
