Privacy policy

When you use the Paycux website or platform, we may ask you to provide personal data. Personal data means any information that could identify a person, such as a name, an email address, a job title, or an IP address tied to an account.

We plan to collect personal data to meet one or more of the following purposes:

• To create and manage access to the Paycux platform.
• To run customer relationships, including orders, invoices and support.
• To maintain a record of registered users, customers and prospective customers.
• To understand how the product and site are used, in aggregate.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Where a field is required to use the service, we will say so at the point of collection, along with what happens if it is left blank.

Access to personal data would be limited to our own staff, the infrastructure and software vendors that help us run the service, and, where legally required, public authorities. We do not plan to give broader access than that.

Paycux does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Personal data would be kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. Closing an account does not guarantee immediate deletion from every backup or log — residual copies can persist for a limited period as part of normal system operation.

We intend to take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and Paycux would not be liable for unauthorised third-party access that occurs despite those measures.

By choosing to provide personal data, you consent to its collection and use as described in this policy and under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes would be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
